I need to wait for the template to be installed to my account, before I can start working on my site? TOP

Absolutely not! The template is simply a layout that fills in around the content and images you add within your store admin area.

Will you upload a template to a temporary URL? TOP

No. Your domain needs to be changed to your compatible host before the template will be upload.

Can you do minor changes within the template price? TOP

Sure we can!  If it's removing a border or changing a wording, or any minor details yes we can do this for free.  Please feel free to ask first before purchasing, since sometimes it can look like a minor change but maybe it's more complex than it looks. :)

My web hosting is not listed on your compatible host page. Will your web templates work with my host? TOP

All of our pre-made template designs are coded to work with a specific easy to use cart system. The hosts listed on the Approved Hosting page all uses the same system. To keep the prices down all pre-made templates are "only" available for the hosting sites listed on the Approved Hosting page unless you would like to self install.

I have my own logo. Can you add it to one of your designs? TOP

Sure we can!  As long as it meets the criteria to fit the logo area, we can do this.  Please feel free to ask before purchasing.

How long does it take to install my website design template? TOP

Once you purchase a website design from me, I will email a questionniare (within 24-48 hours) that will give me the information I need to install your design. As soon as I get that information, I can get your design installed within the turnaround time.

What is your current turnaround? TOP

What is the best way to contact you? TOP

Being an e-business, we prefer to communicate via e-mail. This allows us to maintain an accurate record of what was discussed and gives us documentation to refer back throughout the process. Phone support is not offered.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept all forms of Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to be able to pay with a Credit Card through Paypal's website.
